In order to pay rent first add how many months worth of rent you wish to pay in the upper box.

Ex. 1 Month, 2 Months, etc.

Then you will need to add the total amount in USD that needs to be paid in the lower box.

Ex. $750.00

When the information in both boxes has been filled, click on the PayPal method you wish to use to pay, then follow the prompts as needed. You are only able to use the “Pay Later” option if you have previously set up a line of credit with PayPal, in which case we will receive the amount due to us now, but you will pay PayPal later just like you would a credit card.
